Once we receive your application, we will begin by mailing the remains via courier. Once you have submitted your application, please send the remains via postal mail, marking them as "remains" and paying the shipping fee. As long as they are packaged properly, they can be sent via standard Yu-Pack shipping. Packaging kits specifically for remains are available on sites like Amazon, but regular Yu-Pack boxes are also acceptable. If you choose to send the remains via the post office, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Once the remains arrive at our company, we will immediately pulverize them into powder. By law, only the post office's Yu-Pack shipping service is permitted for sending remains. Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, and other shipping companies do not handle remains, so all shipments must be via the post office. You can also drop off the remains at our facility in the Shonan area of Kanagawa Prefecture; please contact us. Alternatively, we can pick up the remains at your home using our private vehicle, which is an additional fee and varies depending on the distance.
◆We will inform you of the address to which your remains will be sent after your application is received.
