"Pick-up and drop-off to the nearest station by private vehicle" is a service included only with the "FOREST SCATTERING CELEMONY ATTEND PLAN." We provide transportation from the nearest station to the scattering forest to the site. The maximum capacity is five people. However, if the scattering site is deep in the forest, we will only go as far as a vehicle can access, and from there you may have to walk. This varies depending on the scattering site, so we would appreciate it if you could check the details. Transportation is not included with the "COLLECTIVE FOREST SCATTERING AGENCY PLAN" and "INDIVISUAL FOREST SCATTERING AGENCY PLAN," where we handle the scattering on your behalf.

The data you submit through the application form will not be used for any other purpose, so please feel free to provide your information. Please note that submitting the application form is a provisional request; your formal request will be finalized once payment has been confirmed. We will also ask for the name of the deceased, so please submit your request using the dedicated scattering request email form.
