"Photography" refers to the process of taking photographs of the scattering ceremony on the day as a record and providing them to the bereaved family. These will be provided as image data. For the "FOREST SCATTERING CELEMONY ATTEND PLAN," our staff will take commemorative photos, including those of all attendees. If you prefer to take photos yourself, you are free to do so. If you prefer video over photos, or if you feel photography is unnecessary, we will not take any record photos. For the "INDIVISUAL FOREST SCATTERING AGENCY PLAN," our staff will conduct the scattering ceremony on behalf of the bereaved family, leaving a record of the event. You can share these photos with relatives or post them on social media. For the "COLLECTIVE FOREST SCATTERING AGENCY PLAN," we do not take record photos, so please understand that we are unable to send you any photos.

We will provide detailed explanations about scattering ashes, which is still uncommon. We welcome any questions or concerns you may have until you are satisfied. Please feel free to discuss any details, such as closing the grave or making pre-planning reservations. If you feel you can avoid the hassle of visiting our office, please feel free to ask us questions via email. If you are in a hurry, please submit your scattering request directly. The data you submit through the application form will not be used for any other purpose, so please feel free to provide your information. Please note that submitting the application form is a provisional request; your formal request will be finalized once payment has been confirmed. We will also ask for the name of the deceased, so please submit your request using the dedicated scattering request email form.
