"Cremation of a memorial photo" is a service included in the [INDIVISUAL OCEAN SCATTERING AGENCY PLAN] and [OCEAN SCATTERING CELEMONY ATTEND PLAN]. At the scattering ceremony on the day, a memorial photo that has been entrusted to us in advance will be cremated. The cremation will be held on land, not at sea. "Cremation of a memorial photo" is available to those who request it, but is not required. Also, a copy of the memorial photo is acceptable. Also, it is not included in the [COLLECTIVE OCEAN SCATTERING AGENCY PLAN].

The data you submit through the application form will not be used for any other purpose, so please feel free to provide your information. Please note that submitting the application form is a provisional request; your formal request will be finalized once payment has been confirmed. We will also ask for the name of the deceased, so please submit your request using the dedicated scattering request email form.
