The "OCEAN SCATTERING CELEMONY ATTEND PLAN" allows you to be present at the scattering ceremony. This plan includes transportation to the nearest train station, allowing several people to attend the ceremony. The remains we receive in advance will be crushed into powder. The ashes will then be scattered at a scattering location of your choice. The scattering ceremony will be conducted by our staff together with your attendees. The scattering will be conducted individually, so the remains will not be mixed with other remains. The scattering ceremony includes the cremation of a memorial photo, the scattering of flowers and leaves, a candle service, and a moment of silence. Photographs of the scattering ceremony will be taken and sent to you later, so that relatives who were unable to attend can view them. Although the ashes cannot be buried during the scattering ceremony, scattering wildflowers and leaves with the ashes allows you to become one with nature. After the ceremony, we will provide transportation to the nearest train station. In the case of ocean scattering, the ceremony is generally held in the evening after sunset. We can perform this regardless of sect, including Buddhism, Shintoism, and Christianity. Our motto is to provide heartfelt service without being bound by formalities. With the Ocean Scattering Plan, we handle everything from pulverization to ocean scattering. Our Ocean Scattering Plans include the COLLECTIVE AGENCY PLAN, where we handle the scattering on your behalf, and the INDIVISUAL AGENCY PLAN. We also offer the CEREMONY ATTEND PLAN, where family members attend the on-site ceremony. All Ocean Scattering Plans are only scattered in the dark, nighttime hours after sunset, before sunrise. The process begins with the delivery of the ashes via courier. Once you submit your request, please send the ashes via the post office, marking them as "ashes" and paying the shipping fee. As long as the ashes are packaged properly, they can be sent via standard Yu-Pack shipping. While specialized packaging kits for ashes are available on Amazon and other online retailers, a standard Yu-Pack box will also work. If you choose to send the ashes via the post office, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Once the ashes arrive at our company, we will pulverize them into powder. After that, the ashes will be scattered at a location of your choice. The scattering location will be off the coast of Sagami Bay in the Shonan area or off the coast of Tokyo Bay in the Miura Peninsula area. For the [CEREMONY ATTEND PLAN], the scattering location and timing will be discussed. If you would like to keep some of the ashes and not scatter all of them, this can be accommodated within the fee, so please let us know the details. If you would like to scatter the ashes at a location of your choice or keep them at home as a memorial, please select the [BONE PULVERIZATION PLAN]. The ashes will be returned to you after the crushing process.
