At the marine scattering service at SANKOTSUYAMA, you can choose to have your preferred background music or sutras played during the scattering ceremony. Background music is only available with the OCEAN SCATTERING CELEMONY ATTEND PLAN. You can also play sutras or have the Bible read aloud. With the OCEAN SCATTERING CELEMONY ATTEND PLAN, where the bereaved family attends the ceremony on-site, you can hold a ceremony as they see fit. Our scattering plans also include COLLECTIVE OCEAN SCATTERING AGENCY PLAN and INDIVISUAL OCEAN SCATTERING AGENCY PLANn, but these do not include background music. If you would like to create your own ceremony, please choose OCEAN SCATTERING CELEMONY ATTEND PLAN.

We will provide detailed explanations about scattering ashes, which is still uncommon. We welcome any questions or concerns you may have until you are satisfied. The data you submit through the application form will not be used for any other purpose, so please feel free to provide your information. Please note that submitting the application form is a provisional request; your formal request will be finalized once payment has been confirmed. We will also ask for the name of the deceased, so please submit your request using the dedicated scattering request email form.
